RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We only want the best for you and your pooch. We accept return of products within 30 days of receiving your items. Subject to review of the product (to ensure it is still undamaged and with packaging included i.e product tags), we will then issue a refund. Please add your name and order number inside the packaging.
We are happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet the product description.
If you receive a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at our expense, however we do not cover return shipping for exchanges, change of mind or incorrect purchasing errors.
Please note, refunds on faulty or damaged items need to be arranged within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
For exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, we do not cover shipping costs.
